Made too much spaghetti or ziti or macaroni or… Save it for the next recipe!
Creamy Pasta and Salmon:007:
1-2 cups leftover pasta
1 cup white sauce
small can salmon (or tuna or chicken or turkey — what’s in your pantry?), drained
2 tbsp red onion, minced
1 tbs chives
salt and pepper to taste
Make white sauce. Add canned meat of choice, onion and chives. Heat thoroughly over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, about 4 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and continue heating, while stirring, another 2-6 minutes until heated thoroughly. Add salt and pepper. Serve!
