Peppered Flank Steak with Sauteed Onions
Press coarsely ground pepper on both sides of steak before grilling or broiling. Meahwhile, saute sliced onion in butter or olive oil and pour over steak before serving. Reserve half of steak for later in the week.
Thinly slice flank steak (from previous meal). Toss with bagged salad mix, sliced cucumber and radishes, crumbled blue cheese and bottled light Caesar salad dressing.
