Cherry Crisp Crumble Bars

You’ll Need:
2 cups flour
2 cups uncooked quick oats
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine all the ingredients together or layer them if you want to give them as a jar gift.

Then attach a tag to the jar with the following directions:

Cherry Crisp Crumble Bars Mix

1 jar Cherry Crisp Crumble Bar Mix
2/3 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 cups Cherry Preserves or Cherry Pie Filling

Preheat oven 350F & Spray lightly 13×9 baking pan.

Dump 1 pkg of mix into a bowl, add butter and mix until crumbly.

Press all but 1 c. of crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan, Bake 7-8 minutes or until lightly brown.

Spread the cherry preserves over it and then sprinkle the remaining mix over the top Bake 23-25 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Makes 2 dozen bars.
