    Post Apple and Cheese Dessert Casserole

    Apple and Cheese Dessert Casserole
    2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp granulated sugar
    1 pinch iodized salt
    1 tbsp sweet cream butter, salted or margarine
    2 tart apples, peeled and thinly sliced
    1-1/2 tbsp water
    1 tsp lemon juice, from concentrate
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. In a separate bowl, combine apples, water, and lemon juice and then transfer onto a well-greased 8 in. baking dish. Top with flour mixture. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake for 5 additional minutes. 2 servings = about 250 calories

    this sounds really good! i might make this this weekend.
