This sounds wonderful Lynn!!! I've been doing really good since the day after christmas. I was drinking so many cokes through out the day and it was making me feel blah. And I put on so much weight. Anyway, I've been taking things slow and easy as far as my eating goes. But since the day after christmas I think I might have had 3 whole can cokes. I personally think I've done pretty darn good. And yes, I've lost almost 20lbs. I'm so proud of myself. Anyway, enough of me. Have a blessed day all!! Thanks Lynn for the recipe!!

    Hugs,
    Syndy

I don't buy instant rice, just the regular.I never have good luck cooking it in the crock pot tho, always gets mushy, probably cuz I have to cook it so long to get done.Would it work better to partially cook it 1st before adding it to the crock pot?
