The Townhouse is this great little Greek restaurant in the town I grew up in. They have THE BEST - and I'm not lying - THE BEST grilled chicken EVER!!!!! Anyway, one of the cooks there gave me the recipe. Hee Hee! I thought I'd use their recipe & make baked chicken legs instead of grilled chicken breasts.

OHHHH I love the greek chicken here from a local restaurant but can't get them to come up off of their recipe. Would you mind sharing?

Here's the grilled chicken recipe, in case anyone wants it:

    3 boneless chicken breasts
    3 Tbs lemon juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Garlic Salt
    Oregano
    McCormick's Season All

1.) Combine lemon juice & olive oil. Marinate the chicken in it overnight.
2.) Next day, pour marinage away. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt & oregano. Cover the chicken with Season All.
    3.) Grill or broil.

That's so hilarious! I was typing the recipe onto the thread JUST as you were typing your request for the recipe! LOL!

Not so good. I didn't make a chili for the contest. But I did make cornbread to go with the chili. (And cookies for dessert.)
