    Question Mint.com???

Does anyone use mint.com. It is supposed to a free site that lets you track your spending for free. I wonder if it is safe to enter my financial info. It sounds like a good place to start tracking my spending habits.

    Thanks

I have heard mint is good and safe but have never tried it. Anything online that stores my financial info besides the bank site is skeptical to me I would rather enter it myself on a daily basis.

sounds like a good idea but i would rather not store that info online. Now a downloadable one would be cool.

I am VERY leery of Any site that wants your debt/income info and then stores it online, whether its paid for or for free. I'm all set, running away from that in the Opposite direction. I think I'll stick with Quicken for tracking spending and it stays on my computer safely behind a firewall, well worth the .

wouldn't want my financial info on anyone's site. guess I'm old fashioned but I like my ledger book where I can see everything at a glance. Would probably like a spreadsheet on the computer but don't have a clue how to do it.

This is one of those "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is" things in my opinion. What could be better than a free accounting program that will keep track of what you spend by what is processed on your bank and credit cards, so there is no worry of forgetting to write down something.

I've read good and bad things about the site. I'm just not too sure I'd trust it, thats way too much access for my comfort level.
