    Arrow Honey-Ginger Chicken

    Honey-Ginger Chicken
    4-8 boneless chicken breasts, or other cuts will do (see below note)
    4 tbs chopped onion
    1 1/2 tbs honey
    1 tbs soy sauce
    1 tbs minced ginger
    2 tbs sherry
    1/4 chives

    Place chicken in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and then pour over chicken. Cook on low, 4-6 hours.
    Serve with rice and buttered carrots...yuuum!
    note: leftover chicken is great to freeze for future meals OR you can dice or shred to use in other dishes -- like salads, stir-fries, pasta dishes...
