      Default Easy Homemade Steak Fingers

      1 LB ground Beef
      1 Egg
      1/2 Cup Milk
      1/2 Cup Flour
      1/2 cup Dry Bread Crumbs

      Roll beef into fingers. Mix eggs and milk, whip. Mix bread crumbs and flour. Dip in egg mixture then in crumb mixture. Repeat several times until thick crust. Drop in deep fryer and cook until they rise to the top.

      Bet you could, a little cooking spray and bake in the oven. Not sure on a temp or amount of time but might be worth a try. Thanks for the suggestion jaime.
