Default unbelievable, easy cookies, just 3 ingredients

Ok so here is what I consider to be a frugal recipe and extremely easy to
    make...

Just 3 ingredients (really, no kidding they really work LOL)

1 cup peanut butter, at most .75 (my brand .23)
    1 cup sugar .15 (from large 20# bag....03)
    1 egg .06

Mix together well, place on non-stick pan and make cross hatch marks with a
fork as for peanut butter cookies. Bake in a PREHEATED oven at 350 degrees for
8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes on baking pan. Makes 24
    good size cookies.

I found this recipe on allrecipies.com I think next time I make them I will
try using 3/4 c sugar or maybe even 1/2 cup. Someone said you could use 1/2
    cup Splenda instead of sugar.

I don't know how they come out so crisp and yummy without flour and the rest
but they really do. Try them you will be surprised! Kim in MI

Actually they are better then peanut butter cookies with flour. Donna
