Lightbulb A tip for saving on anything that comes in a tube

If you use products that come in a tube after using it all (or what you think is all) cut open the tube. you would be surprised at what is left on the sides.

Several years ago I ordered 2 tube rolls from a Walter Drake cataloge. I don`t remember the cost, but they have paid for themselves over and over. Once, when I was in Walmart I some of these hanging on a shelf.

I use my rolling pin and flatten my tubes ...I then cut them as well!!

Don't feel bad Tarrien, a lot of us never even thought about this. I think working in restaurants for so long helps me with some things. They were always hollering about foodcost. Now that I am trying to save money, i catch myself doing some of the same things as well as looking for other ways to save.
