Question sandwich bread in your bread machine?

Does anyone have a good recipe for sandwich bread (white) that is made in the bread machine? The ones I have tried dont rise high enough to use for sandwiches. i have a 2lb bread machine just ran out of bread for sandwiches and am determined to not buy any lol

I have 2 to share from The Bred Machine Cookbook by Donna Rathmell German.

[U]Sally LunnU] (It's sweet and rises very well.)

    3/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    2 tsp salt
    1/3 cup sugar
    31/2 cups bread flour
    2 tsp yeast

    White Bread

    1 cup water
    3 Tbs butter or margarine
    1 egg
    2 tbs sugar
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    31/2 cups bread flour
1/3 cup non fat dry milk
    2 tsp yeast

Just follow your machines instructions. We love the first one. It's a European style bread. It goes fast when ever I make it. My mainstay is the whole wheat and Honey oatmeal bread.

Thank you for these. I made the Sally Lunn bread and we absolutely love it. It is great on sandwiches. When we finish this loaf I am going to make the other one and see which one they like better.

My mother makes the dough in the machine, takes it out and lets it rise in bread pans. She bakes it in the oven, It turns out perfect and lighter than other machine bread.

Default sing dough in regular loaf pans.

This sounds like the way to go when we have time. I usually do this with rolls and they do turn out lighter. Thanks for the tip.
