    Heart Roast Beef ~ Asian Beef

    Roast Beef
    Prepare in your favorite method and reserve about 1/2 lb for the next recipe.

    Asian Beef
    2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
    1-1/2 tbsp dry sherry
    1-1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp dark sesame oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    reserved beef, sliced as thin as possible
    3 green onions, cut into 1.5 in. pieces
    Combine all ingredients in large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated thoroughly. Serve over rice. 4 servings = about 150 calories.
