Slow Cooker Chicken and Bean Chili
With just 10 minutes of preparation before you dash out, you will have a pot of hearty chicken and bean chili to come home to.
Makes 10 (1-cup) servings.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) white beans, drained
2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) stewed tomatoes, cut up
1 can (8 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix, Original
1 cup chicken broth
1. Place chicken, beans, tomatoes, corn and chilies in slow cooker.
2. Mix Seasoning and broth until blended. Pour over chicken mixture; mix well. Cover.
3. Cook 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.
IMPORTANT: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
