    Default Copycat Bisquick Recipe

    Copycat Bisquick Recipe


    * 4 cups flour
    * 2 teaspoons baking powder
    * 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    * 1 cup shortening

    Directions:

    1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    2. Add the shortening.

    3. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until all shortening is blended with the flour.

    4. Use as you would normal Bisquick

    Makes: 6 cups

    Store this in an airtight container in the fridge, should last for about two weeks-depending on how often you use it
