Fried Pickles ~ saw a recipe on Food Network for these some time back. Sounded good, but afraid to try. I am sure they have them somewhere at our State Fair, everything else is fried on a stick.
Hope Everyone Is Enjoying The Day. Best Wishes From MN ~ Pamela

We have a Sonic here, but I didn't realize that they had fried pickles? Is that only in certain areas?

I used to make fried pickles. I used a regular batter for deep frying veggies and Vlasik Kosher Dill spears. You have to keep the temp up (don't remember what) so they fry fast. If not they can become really soggy. They still tasted good but were messy. Haven't thought about them in years. Now they are all I'm thinking about.

There are no Sonic around here. But when I go South to visit family and friends that is one of my first stops. Oh and the pickles are great

NOt sure but in Oklahoma they have them.
they have them somewhere at our State Fair, everything else is fried on a stick.
I call that a heart attack on a stick especially the snickers bars.
Now they are all I'm thinking about.
Sorry Janice, as soon as I saw the words Sonic it was all I could think of along with a cherry limeade.

    Ah memories...
