    Default Garlic Dijon Turkey

    Garlic Dijon Turkey
    4 turkey drumsticks
    2 cloved garlic, minced
    4 tbs Dijon mustard
    2 tbs lime juice
Place turkey drumsticks in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over turkey. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, depending on weight.

have leftover turkey and want to do something different? substitute with cubed turkey and heat on high for about an hour or on low for about 2 hours. great served over pasta, or over salad greens, or ... LOL! use your imagination
this is also good with chicken -- substitute with 4 leg quarters or equivalent in weight if you prefer other pieces.
