    Arrow Honey Gingered Pork Tenderloin

    HONEY GINGERED PORK TENDERLOIN
    2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloins
    cup honey
    cup soy sauce (I use lite)
    cup oyster sauce
    2 TBSP brown sugar
    4 tsp minced fresh gingerroot
    1 TBSP minced garlic
    1 TBSP catsup
    tsp onion powder
    tsp ground red pepper

    tsp ground cinnamon
    Place tenderloins in an 11x7 baking dish. Combine honey and next 9 ingredients, stirring well; pour over tenderloins. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally. (Or, freeze in marinade then thaw.) Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill tenderloins over medium-hot coals 25-35 minutes, turning often and basting with reserv4ed marinade. Pork is done when meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of tenderloin registers 160 F.
    To serve, slice tenderloins thinly, and arrange on a serving platter.
    Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
    Easily serves 8 regular appetites. Great reheated.
