Turkey Leftovers- Left Over Layering

I was wondering if anyone had any additional ideas to use up those wonderful turkey leftovers. So far I have made turkey tidbits over mashed potatoes, turkey salad, turkey quiche, and turkey pot pie. Any more ideas? Thanks :) Jaime OH

You could make some turkey stir fry. If it was me though, I would be tossing it in the freezer to use at a later date as a fast meal.

    Jaime,
I would put it in the freezer also -- Like Kim said. Can really get boring eating all that turkey. Llloll

I would freeze for quick meal also, but usually make turkey noodle soup for the freezer as well.

I'm making turkey and sausage jambalaya tomorrow night. I usually use chicken, but with all this turkey...

    My favorite:
Turkey Shepard's pie...just chop it up and use it like hamburger. It comes out delicious.
