    Default 1st Half of December Menu

    So here's my December 1 - 15 meal plan. I don't ALWAYS make dessert, but I always plan for one. I guage snackiness in the kids and that determines whether I make dessert. We don't buy "snack foods" so any snacks we have come from scratch cooking. So I keep them in my menu plan.

    Monday, December 1
    Breakfast: Chocolate Chip Bread in the bread machine
    Lunch: Cabbage Soup in the crock pot
    Dinner: Beef Patties, Mashed Potatoes, and Corn
    Dessert: Vanilla Pudding (cooked from scratch)

    Tuesday, December 2
    Breakfast: Oatmeal
    Lunch: Leftovers
    Dinner: Turkey Loaf, Sweet Potatoes, Bread
    Dessert: Lemon Bars

    Wednesday, December 3
    Breakfast: Pancakes
    Lunch: Mini Meatless Loaves, cut up carrots
    Dinner: Hobo Soup
    Dessert: Leftover Snacks

    Thursday, December 4
    Breakfast: Reheats from freezer
    Lunch: Oatmeal burgers with tomato and lettuce
    Dinner: Swedish Meatballs on egg noodles and veggies
    Dessert: Pineapple cake

    Friday, December 5
    Breakfast: homemade bagels
    Lunch: macaroni and cheese and veggies
    Dinner: country style steak and veggies
    Dessert: Cake Mix Cookies

    Saturday, December 6
    Breakfast: Waffles with Syrup
    Lunch: Lentils and Rice, spinach, yeast bread
    Dinner: Chicken Burritos with onions and peppers and salsa
    Dessert: Caramel Dumplings

    Sunday, December 7
    Breakfast: Pancakes and Fruit
    Lunch: Cheese Quesadillas
    Dinner: Creamy Chicken Pasta and yeast bread
    Dessert: Deviled Eggs

    Monday, December 8
    Breakfast: Banana Bread
    Lunch: Rice with Gravy and veggies
    Dinner: Meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, peas and carrots
    Dessert: Instant Pudding

    Tuesday, December 9
    Breakfast: Reheats from the freezer
    Lunch: Quiche
    Dinner: Steak, Rice, and Broccoli
    Dessert: Biscuits with Chocolate Gravy

    Wednesday, December 10
    Breakfast: Toast with butter and jelly, fruit
    Lunch: Hamburger Gravy on Toast
    Dinner: Crockpot Chicken and Rice, Veggies
    Dessert: Sugar Cookies (cooking for Christmas, put in freezer)

    Thursday, December 11
    Breakfast: Toad in a hole and applesauce
    Lunch: Homemade Hamburger Helper, veggies
    Dinner: Corndog Casserole, salad
    Dessert: Cinnamon Toast

    Friday, December 12
    Breakfast: Plain Muffins with toppings and fruit
    Lunch: Lentils & Rice, yeast bread
    Dinner: Hamburger-Rice Skillet, green beans
    Dessert: Oatmeal Cake with Walnut Topping

    Saturday, December 13
    Breakfast: Oatmeal
    Lunch: Leftovers
    Dinner: Turkey Loaf, mashed potatoes, and corn
    Dessert: Popcorn

    Sunday, December 14
    Breakfast: Spice Pancakes with applesauce topping
    Lunch: Fry Bread with taco meat and cheese, shredded cabbage and tomato
    Dinner: Pinto Beans with fried onions and cornbread; greens
    Dessert: Snickerdoodles

    Monday, December 15
    Breakfast: Leftovers Omelettes
    Lunch: Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, and Tortillas
    Dinner: Pizza Hut Book It and an extra pizza for me
    Dessert: Homemade Chocolate Pudding
