    Red face Amazing Wonder Fudge!

    The amazing thing is the health benefit this fudge offers. Of course, fudge is not a health food. But this fudge packs protein and fiber! If you don't tell people what's in it, they will never know!

    Ingredients:
    1 15 oz can butter beans, drained and well-rinsed, heated for 2 min in the microwave

    1 cup cocoa
    3/4 cup peanut butter, smooth OR crunchy
    2 tsp vanilla
    5 cups powdered sugar


    After heating beans, get them very well mashed. A food processor is great or this. Add the cocoa and peanut butter and vanilla. Combine well. Gradually knead in the powdered sugar. This takes a while. Press into an 8x8 greased pan. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

    This fudge is really good.
