    Thumbs up Leftovers Quiche


    My favorite way to use up the last bits of leftovers is to make a breakfast quiche with them. The combinations are limitless and the cost is very low. Here are the basic directions:

    Ingredients:

    1 cup cheese (any combo of semi-soft or hard cheeses)
    1 cup meat (anything! hot dogs, steak, chicken, lobster!!, tuna, turkey, baloney, whatever)
    1/2 cup veggies (cooked)
    2 tbsp chopped onion
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup biscuit mix

    1 1/2 cups milk
    1/4 cup oil

    Grease a pie plate (deep dish). Spread a cup of whatever cheese you have on hand on the bottom. Spread meat an veggies over top of cheese. In a blender, combine the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour on top of meat, cheese, and veggies. Bake at 350 for roughly 40 minutes.
