Week #2, Recycling...
recycling pork from last week and making the most of chicken that was on sale...
Stuffed butterflied pork chops with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes and brown rice
Sweet and spicy pork tenderloin (saved second tenderloin from last week), rotini (and yes, I like rotini a lot! LOL!), and broccoli
Tahitian orange pork (recycling from last week), mashed potatoes, and carrots
Vietnamese pork sandwich (using Monday leftovers) and corn on the cob
Chicken breasts with four herbs, rice, and broccoli
Ginger-peach Indian chicken (from yesterday), leftover rotini, and glazed carrots
Grilled lemon chicken, leftover mashed taters, and corn with cumin-lime butter
