    Default Snowmen-Thumbprint Votives

Start with inexpensive clear glass votive holders. Then dip your kids' thumbs into white acrylic paint and apply it to the votive three times, one on top of the other, to make a snowman. With a black fine-tipped permanent marker draw in sticks for arms, a top hat, coal eyes, and buttons.

With a candle burning bright, the snowmen takes on life -- and best of all, they don't melt!
