    I used to make hats, neck wraps, and mittens. My niece is a super worker w/ yarns.

    Her Crochet Items are so pretty. Within 4 hours she has a pretty baby blanket finished. I've attenpted this and it just doesn't seem to come to me that easy.

    I would sit for hours watching my mother work her magic fingers (crocheting) I envy these talented people!!!

    I know what you mean by "Envy" my mother did yarn work when I was growing up too. I believe my sister and niece take after Mom and My Grandmother. I just don't have that talent.

    I also would LOVE to learn to "quilt"..I first have to figure out how to use a sewing machine...lol

    Knitting I can do - well at least on two straight needles. I haven't been too successful with circular needles although many, many years ago I did manage a project on double pointed needles - under my mom's watchful eye. Crochet, well, my mom could do that as well, but it really isn't my forte'. I ran across a tutorial page on circular knitting the other day. Will have to go back and find the link and will post it here.
