(This is full of fiber & protein, so you can enjoy & not feel gulty! )

1 onion, chopped
1 (15oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained (slightly chopped)
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese, divided
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup sliced green onions

Saute onion until tender. Add black beans, salsa & 2/3 cup cheese, cooking over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour into serving dish; sprinkle with remaing cheese, sour cream & green onions. Serve with chips.
