1 (10 oz) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained
1 Tbs olive oil
1 (16 oz) reduced fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbs lemon juice
dash hot pepper sauce
salt & pepper to taste


Place all in food processor. Blend until very smooth.
Makes 3 cups (12 servings - 1/4 cup each)
