1 (10-12 oz) pkg chocolate morsels (semisweet or mint chocolate)
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
1 cup milk
whipped cream for topping
fresh mint leaves (optional)

Put chocolate morsels, sugar, eggs & vanilla in blender. Add salt. Scald milk, & add to blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes. Pour into individual pots de creme or small dessert dishes and chill. Top with whipped cream before serving. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
