1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts
1/2 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayo
salt & pepper

Drain & chop artichokes. Combine with bacon, celery & mayo & season to taste with salt & pepper. Spread on crackers of Crostini Crisps. Or use as a stuffing for fresh tomatoes. Can also be used as a sandwich filling.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups
