1 lb lean beef flank steak, cut in thin strips
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 oz pimientos, diced
1/4 cup water
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 Tbs low-fat buttermilk
dash paprika
dash Tobasco sauce
dash pepper

wide whole-wheat noodles

1.) Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Saute meat until browned.
2.) Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, pimientos & water; cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
3.) Remove from heat & add yogurt, buttermilk, paprika, Tobasco & pepper. Serve on wide whole-wheat noodles
