Star Easy trip to remove crayon off of hardwood floors

First make an ice pack with some ice thrown in a kitchen towel or dish cloth. Then hold the ice pack against the marks until they are frozen. A good minute or two.Now you can easily scrape off the ice and the coloring pigment with a credit card or gift card. Basically anything that size with the same type of edge will do.Rubbing at the marks just pushes the color deeper into the wood. When you freeze them, it helps to solidify the wax and pigment from the crayon and it will flake right off.
