Does anyone use the angelfood network?- General Budget & Finance

Does anyone here use or have ever used the angelfood network? It is a network where you can get a lot of food for like 30.00 plus any extra boxes you want to order. We have a place that does this here in town but I was wondering about the quality of the food. Here is the website in case anyone

I haven't yet but have looked into it a few times. First learned of it when we went to the open house at our sons college and they had included the info in the student handbook.

Yes I have bought Angel Food before. They do have good quilty food. We like to order the meat packs. We have never had any bad meat from them. It is worth buying. It used to be $25, but they raise it to $30. It's still worth it though.

We get Angel Food Ministries every month. We like almost all of the food. There are a few things we don`t care for and I will give these to a young mother that is raising two young children by herself.

You can use cash, money orders, or food stamps to pay for the food.

It is in our area in a town about 15 minutes from us.
I have an aunt that buys it and they say the quality of food is very good.
I am gonna be looking into it soon myself.

We have "Share" in our area. $18 gets you a big box of fesh veggies, meats, ect plus any extra kits you want to get and you agree to volunteer in your community for 2 hours each month. I do it when I can but you have to pick up at a certain time and day and that doesn't always work for me!

The food is pretty good. Not all of it is the best quality, but it is definitely worth more than $30 for the box. The meats are not low fat, so be aware of that. We usually like buying 1 or 2 of their specials as well. Those are usually good deals as well.
