    Default Energizers and juice recipes

Hi, I am low in energy and was wondering if anyone knows what to eat or
drink to increase energy. I do not want to eat energizer bars as they
    are so expensive.

Also, I just bought a juicer and would love some juice recipes,
    especially those using citrus fruits.

    Thanks so much

You might be running low on iron, and if your not drinking enough water you may be getting dehydrated which can really run you down fast. Also, coffee and tea does not count towards your 6-8 glasses of water water you drink because it dehydrates you.

I know this is really late in reply... This is cheap & easy...

Take a couple of Vitamin B complex vitamins. They make your blood carry more O2, so you feel less tired. But, for a caveat, take them at night - before you go to bed, since they will also make you hungry (and they will make your pee turn neon yellow <grin>). Any extra Vit B you get will be excretes, since it is a water soluble vitamin. You can get the Vit B for your local dollar or 99? store.
