This is a excellent recipe--Soo simple---the family loves it. For a veggy sometimes I'll mix a can of drained peas in it too.

I make a recipe like this but I brown the chicken and I use cream of Chicken soup (I'm allergic to mushrooms!) and mix in half a can of milk to pour over the chicken and I put it in the oven for half an hour. Oh so good with the sauce over rice! I've even double the soup mixture so we could have lots of it over rice. Also tried adding a little sour cream after it baked and that's real good too!

    brchbell,

What a wonderful idea making extra sauce. It seems like I never get enough---I like sauce on my rice also. And the milk would add a creamier & richer sauce. Oh and the sour cream that sounds soo good. Thanks for the ideas... I will certainly try this...
