DAY OLD BREAD
I buy day old bread all the time. I often stock up and freeze. Day old
bread is perfect for toast which drys the bread out anyways. Also good for
french toast -- the eggs help cover up any "less than fresh" bread that may
be a bit dryed out. Croutons and stuffing for poultry are also good ideas.
So if my bread ever gets a bit dryed in the freezer, these ideas help make
it not so noticeable
