    Default Pig Pickin' Cake

    If you're from the South, you know what a Pig Pickin' is. If you're not, well, its exactly what it sounds like!
    Anyway, this is the kind of cake you might bring to a Pig Pickin'.
    Enjoy!

    1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
    1/2 cup oil
    4 eggs
    1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges (chopped in juice)

    Mix ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Icing:
    1 (3oz) vanilla instant pudding
    1 (9oz) Cool Whip
    1 can pineapple, undrained
    chopped nuts (optional)

    One (3oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding. Dump dry into 9oz Cool Whip & one large can undrained pineapple. (Add chopped nuts if you like.) Mix & frost cake. Store in fridge.
