3 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
6 Tbs boiling water
1 tsp vanilla


Put all into bowl & beat 7-10 minutes. Spread onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 265 degrees for 1 hr and 5 minutes. Cool & top with your favorite fresh fruit & whipped cream. Slice into servings.
