2 cups pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 level Tbs corn starch
2 level Tbs flour
1 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt

(You may add any other spices that you would like.)

Mix all & pour into 9 inch pie plate lined with an unbaked pastry. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 & bake 30 minutes longer.
