1 can condensed milk
2-3 egg yolks
juice of 2-3 lemons, to taste

2-3 egg whites, room temp
2 Tbs sugar

Graham cracker crust

Beat egg whites until almost stiff. Add sugar & beat until stiff. Pour filling into crust & cover with the meringue. Set oven to "broil" & place pie on bottom rack. It only tales a few minutes for meringue to brown.
