Bread Pudding

4 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 4-5 slices bread 4 cups milk 1/2 tsp nutmeg Break bread into 4 pieces & place on bottom of greased baking dish. Beat eggs, sugar & milk. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 425 for 10 minutes.

    Bread Pudding is very good. I like using LO bread ends. As special treat --I add 1/2 c of raisins in this recipe or a 1/2 c. of fresh or canned fruit.

    I also like a warm vanilla sauce on top of my bread pudding.
