    Thumbs up Poor Man Shrimp

Take some Brim or Crappie fillets, cut into strips(1" or so) Roll the strips in Crab Boil or Cajun Seasonings. Steam the strips for about 5 to 10 minutes to make sure thier done. Then put strips in a pan full of ice so they will firm up. Serve with cocktail sauce or tatar sauce. Recipe good for 1 pound or 20 pound. Depends on how hungry you are.
