4-6 pieces chicken or pork chops
    1 1/2 cups Coke
    1 cup ketchup

Mix all except chicken in a pot & bring to a boil. Add chicken & bring back to a boil. Put lid on pot & reduce heat to low. Cook for 1 hour.

This sounds like an interesting recipe. I have never used Coca Cola for chicken recipes. I'll have to save this one to try.

Yeh, I had heard of coca cola with ham, but not chicken. I thought it looked interesting.

I made this last night. I didn't care for it too much, but the kids and hubby really liked it. It was very easy to make, but there was too much worcestershire flavor and not enough coca cola flavor for me. I might just adjust the measurements for my own taste next time.

Thanks for the info! I'm sorry you didn't like it. I adjust almost all of my recipes! (1 cup of Worcestershire shounded like a lot to me too.)
