    Default Texas Barbecue Brisket

    1 beef brisket (3-5 lb or more), trim well
    1 bottle bbq sauce - regualr or mesquite
    1 small bottle liquid smoke
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix

    Place brisket in center of large heavy duty foil that has been placed in 9x13 pan. Pour entire ingredients over brisket & seel tightly. Cook in a slow oven (250 degrees) for 4-5 hrs or until tender. Slice across grain of meat & serve with bbq sauce.
