Hamburger Casserole

1 1/2 lb hamburger, browned 16 oz sour cream 2 small cans cream mushroom soup garlic salt 1 lb bag egg noodles, cooked 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Combine all except garlic salt in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Season with garlic salt. Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

    I make the Hamburger Casserole alot ----the family likes this one. Sometimes I don't even bake it ---- use the stove top and I'm done.

    I do a hamburger and rice dish as a one pan meal.
    I brown the hamburger, drain the grease, then add beef bouillion with water or beef broth, and the rice to the skillet. I let the rice cook in the beef broth, and stir it occasionally until the rice is cooked.
