    Default Beaufort Stew

    Per person, add following:
    1/2 lb smoked sausage
    1/2 - 3/4 lb fresh shrimp
    3-6 small fresh Irish potatoes (may need to cut in half)
    1-2 ears corn (precooked)
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    pkg seafood boil

    In large pot: Add water with 1 pkg seafood boil, sausage & Worcestershire. Boil 25 minutes. Add potatoes. Boil 10 minutes. Add corn & shrimp. Boil 10-15 minutes.
