2 lbs sliced fresh carrots, cooked just tender crisp
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbs prepared mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil

3/4 cup sugar

Drain carrots; cool. Mix all & stir in carrots. Cover tightly & refrigerate in airtight container up to 2 weeks. Great as a side dish.
