1 cup celery, diced
2 Tbs butter
1 #2 Tomatoes, stewed
1 Tbs sugar
2 tsp mustard
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
2 Tbs all purpose flour
3 slices bread, toasted
1 tsp salt

dash of pepper

Cook celery & onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Butter toast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine tomatoes, 1/2 of toast cubes, sugar & seasonings. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Top casserole with remaining toast cubes & bake for additional 20 minutes.
