4 cans squash with vidalia onions (or you can use fresh squash)
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 cup milk
dash onion powder
salt & pepper, to taste

Drain squash. Stir well. Add other ingredients. Place in buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter & bake @ 400 until brown - about 30 minutes.

Note: Can add crumbled up Ritz crackers & dot with butter & bake.
