    Talking DIY Egg Sandwich

    1 egg
    1 slice cheese
    1 slice bread

    1. Fry the egg (we fry in 1/2 tsp. olive oil & add garlic salt + pepper)
    2. Toast the bread lightly
    3. Place egg on toast
    4. Place the cheese on the egg
    5. Bake in toaster oven on 400 until cheese starts to melt

    YUM YUM!!!

    1. Use a piece of multigrain bread for higher fiber and protein
    2. Use a biscuit or english muffin instead of bread as an option
    3. Add sliced tomato for extra nutrition - put between egg & cheese
    4. Spread your favorite sandwich spread on bread for extra flavor.
    5. Try with different cheeses. Cheddar is our favorite, but provolone would be good too.
