7 cups cabbage, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 carrot, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup oil

1/2 tsp mustard seed

In large container, mix all vegetables & mustard seed. In a large saucepan, mix vinegar, sugar, salt & oil. Heat to boiling & pour over cabbage mixture. Do not stir. Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 day.
